**Please note: This scholarship is in addition to the Grant-In-Aid. Scholarship is given on a first-come, firstserved basis. Scholarship is awarded using a formula and amounts are based on family income. Completion of this application does not guarantee a scholarship award. Scholarship may be revoked for poor attendance, effort, or behavior. (See details below)
In order to keep your scholarship, students must maintain the following:
- Good attendance – If students have more than 3 unexcused absences per term or are excessively late, HPCA scholarship may be revoked.
- Good effort – Students must receive Effort grades of “1’s” (Excellent) or “2’s”
(Satisfactory) in every subject on report cards. If students receive any “3’s”
(Needs Improvement), HPCA scholarship may be revoked.
- Good behavior – Students must receive Behavior grades of “1’s” (Excellent) or
“2’s” (Satisfactory) for all behavior-related areas on report cards. If students
receive any “3’s” (Needs Improvement), HPCA scholarship may be revoked.
